When students are given the time to reflect and process what they have learned they can solidify their knowledge of the concepts that they have learned during the STEM activity.

When I am doing STEM activities with students I like to have students work on the activity in groups. I believe that this helps children formulate ideas and consider other perspectives while implementing STEM concepts. 
I really liked how both teachers used a visual graph on the board to organize student's data. The teacher in the second video visited each group and asked questions to help students formulate conclusions about the data they were gathering. The students were able to use scientific terms such as sink, float, density, and mass when they were responding to the questions.
