The practal elements of preparing to do STEM demonstrated in the Video are having a meeting to discuss possible strategies, questions, and challenges that could occur. This would help us improve.  Another element was incoporating to the activity something they are already doing in school.

Staff meets regurlarly to collaborate to ensure that they have the support and materials to complete trhe activity. It's important to bridge the communication gap with schools and to know what the students are working in school. This will result in a positive experience for all.

they have asked their students what they are intersted in so the students have  vested interest in the project. The staff also want to faclitate collaborative teamwork so they will put the children in groups of 2 or 3 .
